1. Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
It is recommended that you set up an account so that the system has your contact information saved when you return to the website. However, it is not mandatory to register and set up an account. You can simply go to the product page and select "I am not a registered user” and continue the checkout process directly.

2. How can I track my orders & payments?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under "Order History". However, if you have further queries, please email us at help@ebco.in and we will help you.

3. What should I do if the order is confirmed but have not received any confirmation message?
Stay calm and do not panic. It may sometimes be the case that our systems occasionally work slower due to surges of traffic on the website. Please wait for 15 minutes. However, if you still do not receive a confirmation email, then report the issue by sending us an email at help@ebco.in Our team will verify and send you the confirmation mail to the email address that you provided.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make the payment?
Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-10 business days from the date of your order confirmation email. However, in some cases, due to various reasons, it may take longer than 4-10 business days from the date of your order for Ebco to deliver any/all products. In such a case, Ebco will be in touch with you via the email address that you provided.

5. What if there are missing or wrong items received when I get my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please email us at help@ebco.in with the product photographs, the order number and a scanned copy of the invoice. We will try to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next. If there is a genuine mistake, rest assured that we will correct this.

6. What is the process for bulk ordering?
For bulk orders that you wish place offline, please email us your requirements at help@ebco.in

7. Can I cancel orders?
No. All sales are final, except in the case of any manufacturing defects. However you may send us an email at help@ebco.in requesting a cancellation (please be sure to mention the order number) – it is at Ebco's discretion to allow an order cancellation. However, we will do our best to help you out.

8. What is your return policy?
All sales are final, except in the case of any manufacturing defects. For any manufacturing defects, we offer easy replacements. In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and a scanned copy of the invoice to help@ebco.in. For more information on return policy please refer to our Terms of Use (Point No. 8) relating to returns

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option. However, not all regions have the COD option so please check the payment page prior purchase.

10. How can I find out if Ebco delivers to my location?
You can easily find out if Ebco delivers to your location by using pin code availability tool provided on the product page prior purchase. If your location is not served then please email us at help@ebco.in and we will be happy to service your requirements through our offline distribution network that covers the majority of locations in India.

11. Can I physically check for the product prior purchase?
We have display centers located across India https://ebco.in/distribution-network. You can visit these display centers during business hours or book an appointment in advance with our team. We strongly recommend visiting our display centers, in our experience, customers visit to view one or two products but learn about multiple products that they find of interest/use.

12. Can I get an invoice with my GST number on it so I can treat this as a business expense and claim GST credit?
Yes of course, however please mention your GST number in the provision for this during the checkout process. You may also send us an email after you place your order, with your order number, full address and GST number.

13. Does the order include free installation or fitment?
No, however for a small number of items for which the installation requires a trained technician, our distributor who delivers the product will offer free installation / guidance.
